Radiant medium greenish in appearance. Dry to taste, crisp acidity and medium-bodied, overall balanced. Light tannins with fine texture.

Ginger, angelica, linden, white pepper, figue, quince, flint, mineral, hazelnut , fumé.

Complex mid-palate structure with long finish, good value, drink later.

Emozionante assaggio alla serata Ruinart del già citato Lungarno Bistrot come fine cena, scelta perfetta per uno champagne tutt'altro che facile o immediato. Blanc de Blancs Gc per il 72% da Chouilly e Avize e il 28% da Sillery e Puisieulx
